Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

All orders that are received by 10:00am, Monday-Friday, will be handed over to the courier the same day. If you place an order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday, it will be handed over to the courier the next working day.

Most of our orders gets delivered within 3 business days, but it can take up to 5 business days.

After we hand your order over to the courier, we will send you a link where you will be able to track your order.

We provide 2 shipping options:

We use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries. We charge a flat rate of R70 for this option. When selecting this option, your order will take 2-3 day, but can take up to 3-5 days to be delivered to the address you have provided. Please keep in mind that we don’t have control over the time delay.

Pudo is a service offered by “The Courier Guy”. We charge a flat rate of R70 for this option. When selecting this option, your order will take 2-3 days, but can take up to 3-5 days to be delivered to the locker you have provided. When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a sms with the code to open your locker. Please keep in mind that we don’t have control over the time delay.

Please note that we don’t have control over what day or time the courier company will deliver your order. If you have any questions about your parcel, please contact the selected courier and provide them with your waybill number. If you cannot resolve an issue with a courier company, please contact us.

Free Shipping

All overs above R1000 will enjoy free shipping. You will have the option to either select “To your door” or “Pudo Locker”.

Refunds & Returns:

We do our best with quality control to provide you with the best quality products possible, but if you have an issue with any of the items you have purchased, please contact us at admin@wondertree.co.za.

Please note that slight deviation between product images and products itself is to be expected.

The return of an item will be the buyers responsibility. Once your items are inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and the payment will be made to the original method of payment.
